There is still a lot of work to be done in Haiti, and more orphans than ever will be left without someone to care for them in the aftermath of the earthquake. With your donation, Jamie and Ali McMutrie can continue their work helping the orphans of Haiti by building a new orphanage, and helping to provide much-needed supplies.
You can make a tax deductible donation to their new organization, "Haitian Orphan Rescue", by making your check payable to "Keystone Church of Hazelwood" and mailing it to the church at:
161 Hazelwood Avenue
Pittsburgh, PA 15207-1566
Please put "Haitian Orphan Rescue" on the memo line.

Located on the Western third of the Island of Hispanola, Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere and home to nearly 9 million people. Approximately one third of the population lives in the capital city of Port-au-Prince. By the numbers the depth of the poverty that exists here can be quite overwhelming. Roughly 80% of the country lives in poverty with a large majority of those in poverty living on the equilvalent of less then two U.S. dollars per day. The primary source of education is through private school which is simply out of reach for many. The result is a devestaing 50% percent illiteracy rate. Conservative estimates put the number of orphans at 300,000.
