THE KRUNK MOVEMENT
The KRUNK Movement is a youth “micro-enterprise” designed as a production company. Students use the five elements of Hip-Hop to communicate messages to peers about mental and physical health while simultaneously learning the basics of the music business –- from creating to performing, thinking, writing, music technology, and all of the in-betweens. With a strong focus on how to be a professional artist in total control of their own economy, the KRUNK Movement is a premier program for the talented and developing high school artist. For the 2017-2018 school year, The KRUNK Movement program occurs Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 3 PM to 7 PM. To get involved with The KRUNK Movement, email krunkpgh [at] centeroflife.net.
