Nicole Hill was born in Pittsburgh and has lived here for her entire life. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg and is currently studying for a Master’s in Elementary Education.

She first joined COL in 2018 and has 10 years of classroom experience in daycare, early childhood development and elementary substitute classrooms.

Her favorite thing about Hazelwood is “the people and the families.”

“Education helps reduce inequalities and to ensure inclusive and quality education for all students and promote lifelong learning…I love when students get excited about learning and take advantage of all the opportunities we offer at our after-school program. I love interacting with them, I love learning from them, I love helping them understand the content of any course and I love when they see the connection between what they are learning and their lives.”
