That's exactly what Amachi Pittsburgh, an organization that provides mentorship to children with incarcerated parents, is dedicated to finding out. Executive Director Anna Hollis joins us to talk about the value of listening to children's voices and why their mentees are not referred to as children of prisoners, but as children of promise.

Join us as Terry discusses social awareness and empathy in comedy, how he incorporates culture into his performances, and the importance of controlling our ego when we reach success. 

Be on the lookout for Terry’s comedy album releases this year, both of which were recorded in Canada. Afro-Bebop was released on March 26, 2020 and Limbo Negro will be released later this year.
